Water as in sea and air like the mountain; Limone Piemonte contains the synergy between these two environments which have always been recognized as beneficial for human health. Limone Piemonte is located just halfway between the sea and the mountains, where the famous route ‘La Via del Sale’ transforms into magnificent panoramas and evoking exciting emotions.

Each crystal also contains all the five elements recognized by all philosophies related to wellness: fire, earth, metal, air and water.

Our Spa offers synergies of pathways and treatments inspired by these primordial elements which connect us to life and Mother Earth. It takes care of the well-being of each of our guests, in their own uniqueness and in their own nuance and perception of wellness, of being well within themselves.

Opening hours

The Wellness Center is open from 11:00 to 19:00.

Access to the SPA by minors is permitted from 16 years of age upwards, accompanied by an adult.

They are not allowed to use the sauna and steam bath. The opening hours may change during the season.

SPA IL CRISTALLO offers our guests different options:

Massages and treatments are also available without access to the wet zone.

At arrival you will find the "welcome kit" containing a bathrobe, slippers and towel, to give back at the end of the stay.

An anticipated reservation is required.

The time slot for the wet zone entrance is from 11:00 am to 13:00 pm, or from 12:00 am to 14:00 pm.

We recommend showing up at the reception Spa 10 minutes before the appointment for massages and treatments.
In case of delay, times will be adjusted in respect of the next guest.

EXPERIENTIAL SPA ENTRY

It includes the spa itinerary for a duration of two hours: sauna, steam bath, emotional showers, hydromassage tub, cervical waterfall, foot bath, relaxation room. It includes, optionally, the Purification Ritual in the Steam or the Olfactory Sensory Ritual in the Hammam.

PURIFICATION RITUAL IN THE STEAMROOM

A guided ritual to fully experience the benefits of the steam bath. Relaxing, detoxifying, purifying. In addition to the natural release of contractures and the opening of the respiratory passages provided by the steam bath, thanks to the application of black eucalyptus soap. With black eucalyptus soap and the subsequent exfoliation with the kassa glove, the skin will be freed of all impurities and dead cells, regaining a pleasant silkiness and softness.

OLFACTORY SENSORY RITUAL IN THE HAMMAM

A guided ritual for the pleasant sensation of finding regenerated skin, perfectly exfoliated and smooth as silk. The light rassoul mask purifies, nourishes and hydrates. The alum scrub, enriched with honey and royal jelly and delicately scented, eliminates dead cells and gives that magnificent perception of feeling good in your own skin.

A HEN PARTY/ A PRINCESS/PRINCE BIRTHDAY (morning)

A guided wellness ritual amidst the steam, scents and sensations of our spa, reserved for a group of four to six friends. Relaxation, sauna, experience showers, footspa, whirlpool bath and a special course guided by our spa therapists amidst the steam of the hammam for purification, regeneration and skin radiance. The application of black soap, exfoliation with a kassa glove, the rassoul mask gives skin tone and softness. For the bride or For the bride or the birthday girl, a white crystal facial mask and a sensual massage with shea for 50 minutes. For friends, a 25-minute olfactory sensorial relaxation massage.

SPA FOR TWO (evening)

A relaxation ritual guided by our Spa-Therapists, for a duration of 1h30, for an anniversary or for a pleasant evening. Relaxation, sauna, emotional showers, foot bath, hydromassage tub and a special journey through the steam of the hammam for silky smooth skin, thanks to scrubs with alum crystals. Followed by a fragrant and delicate ablution for light hydration.

FAMILY’S EXPERIENCE (morning)

It includes the spa program for a duration of two hours: sauna, steam bath, emotional showers, hydromassage tub, foot bath, relaxation room, herbal tea room... It includes, by choice, the Steam Purification Ritual or the Olfactory Sensory Ritual in the Hammam for mom and dad. While the boy or girl (who is not allowed to enter the sauna or steam bath) will be able to enjoy a foot bath and a spectacular cleansing among a thousand soap bubbles.
Followed by a fragrant and delicate ablution for a light hydration.
The program can then be combined with a nourishing sensorial massage with shea enveloppement lasting 50 minutes.
Afterwards mum and dad will be able to enjoy a relaxing massage, while the boy/girl will receive a foot cuddle (with a candle).
The Family's Experience program is aimed at a family of two adults and a boy/girl over 12 years old or for a mother/daughter above the age of 12.

Access to the SPA “ Il Cristallo” has an additional fee per person and the path lasts one hour.

The SPA path is not included in the room price.

Regulation

SPA ETIQUETTE

In respect of the different cultures of our guests, the use of a swimsuit and showering before going into the jacuzzi are required. Wear slippers throughout the wellness area, except in the SAUNA and STEAM BATH. Out of respect for our guests, keep the volume of your mobile phones low during your stay in the Spa and enjoy yourself in a calm and collected way throughout the Wellness area.

HEALTH

The ideal path of the Spa starts with the sauna or a steam bath: the latter in addition to Being relaxing, it prepares the skin optimally. Before entering, it is essential to remember to have a shower to activate the body. After that, you can go directly to the Finnish sauna only for a few minutes. To obtain greater benefits, you should do micro cycles: stay in the sauna for the indicated time, get out and refresh yourself with a cold shower, starting from the part of the body that is furthest from the heart, so the right foot and then continue with the rest of the body up to the trunk and head.

After a workout, muscles are sore because of excess acid lactic, the Finnish sauna helps to relax the muscles, also relieving the sensation of pain. After the sauna it is essential to drink, obviously never alcoholic beverages but water or an infusion. Before repeating another cycle of the sauna it is very important to rest, relax on a bed wrapped up in the bathrobe trying to cover every part of the body and finally conclude with a stretching and relaxing massage.
It is imperative not to wear glasses, watches, jewelry and other metal objects as it prevents correct and complete sweating also they could overheat and burn the skin.

It is not recommended for: cardiac pathologies, in case of inflammatory skin phenomena, during feverish, pregnant, (for pregnant women it is necessary to have a medical certificate which certify that you are in good health, including for massages and treatments), in the presence of varicose veins, during the menstrual cycle (due to vasodilation bleeding may occur).

The Hotel’s Management assumes no responsibility in case of illness connected to a precarious state of health or to improper use of the wet area.

LOST PROPERTY AND DAMAGES

Lost and forgotten items will be kept at the "SPA IL CRISTALLO" reception, which is not liable for damage to valuable personal items.

CANCELLATION

If you are forced to cancel an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
Otherwise we will be forced to apply 100% of the cost of the treatment.
