Payments and Deposit

 

At the time of the reservation, a deposit equivalent to the 30% of the tariff is required and it must be paid with one of the following methods:

  • Through Bank Transfer:

NB: the random letter must indicate: “Deposit / Surname / No. of people / Date of arrival x no. nights

(Example: Deposit – Mr. Smith x 3 – 22 Jan x 5 nt. )

The reservation will be optioned for 3 working days while waiting for the credit issuing; upon receiving the credit, the confirmation will be sent to the Guest.

PLEASE NOTE: after 3 working days without the bank transfer, the reservation will be cancelled.

  • Through Credit Card
    by communicating Name of the Card’s Holder/ Credit Card Number / Expiration date

The deposit will be withdrawn from the Credit Card and the confirmation of the reservation will be sent to the Guest.

We accpet: Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners

The full amount of the reservation will be paid at the arrival of the Guest (Check-in),

while the extras will be paid at the departure (Check-out).

Cancellation policy

  • Until 10 days from the arrival: for the cancellations communicated before the 10 days prior to the arrival (which must be communicated via email), the penalty will not be applied and the deposit will be completely refunded, by using the same IBAN/SWIFT/Credit Card previously used for the accreditation. The refund will be received in the 14 days after the cancellation. Any reimbursing expenses will be paid by the Guest.
  • Less than 10 days from the arrival: for the cancellations communicated in the 10 days prior to the arrival, a penalty equal to the 100% of the price of the first two nights and to the 50% of the price of the last ones will be applied.
  • In caso di no show, arrivi posticipati o per partenze anticipate sarà addebitato il 100% del prezzo dell’intero soggiorno prenotato.

    La necessità di fattura dovrà essere comunicata al momento della prenotazione.
